Job Description
We are looking for full time, part time, freelance recruiters to work with us. He/She will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. The role also includes screening resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a candidate database. Below are the eligibility criteri's
- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition for IT/Non IT profiles.
- Knowledge of various sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
