Job Description

- Lead a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
- Provide guidance and support to sales team to maximize productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with marketing team to create advertising campaigns
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
