Job Description
- Seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Executive
- Responsible for prospecting new clients and generating leads for property sales
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and property values
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to provide tailored solutions
- Represent properties to potential buyers in a professional and persuasive manner
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure a successful sale
- Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
- Track and report on sales activities and results to management
- Must have a valid real estate license and a proven track record of sales success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required
