Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about current real estate market trends.
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property preferences and requirements.
3. Showcase properties to clients and provide accurate and timely information on market conditions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for property listings.
5. Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide reliable advice to clients.
7. Attend networking events and engage in promotional activities to expand the client base.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's overall success.
9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing activities, progress, and challenges.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
