The Integration Development Specialist works closely with the stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to lead and facilitate discussions to understand the client's needs, ask clarifying questions, discuss alternative scenarios, and turn them into requirements for system integrations. Once the requirements are captured, the Integration Development Specialist will work closely with product owners, business analysts, project managers, development managers, and technical leads to help design and develop a solution to meet the client's requirements. This role will support the growth and integration of business lines and technology and will work within a variety of applications (ERP/CRM, middleware (iPaaS), and proprietary custom applications) in a collaborative role to manage, support and extend these systems. To be successful as a Integration Development Specialist, you should be a self-driven and curious person with great attention to detail along with strong verbal and written communication skills as a priority. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software systems, databases, data integrations, technical diagrams, data modeling, and client- side technology, augmented with solid, logical systems thinking. More importantly, one must have an interest in problem-solving, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Ultimately, working as an Integration Development Specialist, you will learn to quickly break down and understand varying business and technical processes, help to identify gaps or areas for improvement in those processes, and then work with Product Owners and Analysts to translate those into requirements via visual and written documentation.

Job Description

Work with Product Owners, Stakeholders, Engineering, and other internal teams to:
o Interact with business users and document business and technical requirements
(for example, User requirements, use cases, wireframes, process flows, site
maps, data analysis, report writing, integrations and testing, etc.)
o Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder/requester needs.
o Participate in QA/UAT and make sure that product is being built per
specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION
o Support the team in planning, development, stabilization, and deployment of
user requirements to the overall workflow.
o Check-in with the support development team to answer any questions and help
clear roadblocks.
o Support Data Governance workflows, data modeling, and large data migrations
in line with integration requirements
o Review user requirements with the technical team at the start of the project to
ensure they understand the project requirements
o Identify and diagnose business problems and potential solutions.
o Develop and maintain a strong relationship with internal/external team
members.
o Identify issues and gaps in a project and escalate/manage resolution as required.
o Coordinate and provide support to the business with the process
implementation.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or related
work experience
 Strong experience in MS SQL or equivalent relational database
 Experience using Jira or equivalent software planning system
 Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder/requester needs
 Proven previous experience working as an Integration Business Analyst/Developer for
Enterprise Systems
 General understanding of Sprint organization and planning
 Experience in process design, including developing and executing process improvements
Other Requirements:
 Project Management experience and knowledge not required but preferred
 Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or Snaplogic a plus
 Prior experience in development (C#, Python, SQL)
 Prior experience with system integrations
 Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies; programming
logic and work-flow concepts; and test planning, coordination, and execution
