Job Description
Job Description:-
- To attend the English Calls from US patients
- To create appointments of US patients with doctors
- To handle US patients enquiries/queries and provide solutions.
- To provide Customer care (English language) for the US healthcare
Desired Candidate:
- Must have 1 to 3 years of work experience of Customer Care in English language on International process/BPO
- Any graduate with excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in night shift.
- Should be willing to work from our Gurgaon office. We do not provide work from home.
