As a Picker at [Company Name], you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and packaging products for shipment in a warehouse setting. Your duties will include reading order sheets, locating items in the warehouse, scanning products, and ensuring they are correctly packed and labeled for delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Responsible for accurately picking orders according to customer specifications
- Use hand-held scanners to locate and scan items in the warehouse
- Check product quality and report any damaged or missing items
- Ensure orders are picked in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the warehouse
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
