We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO of Womensy fashion private limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, arranging travel and accommodations, preparing documents and reports, and handling correspondence. The Personal Secretary will also be responsible for maintaining confidential information and representing the CEO in a professional manner. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant is preferred.
Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the executives of Womensy Fashion Private Limited - Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities of the executives - Coordinate personal appointments and schedules - Handle secretarial activities such as managing correspondence and organizing files - Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives - Manage personal services for the executives, such as travel arrangements and reservations - Prepare reports and presentations for meetings - Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all tasks and communications - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
