Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist – Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads)
Department: Digital Marketing | Marketing & Communication

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist – Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads) to plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns for D2C eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing high-budget Meta campaigns, scaling eCommerce brands, and driving measurable business growth through data-driven performance marketing strategies. This role requires close collaboration with design and development teams while mentoring junior media buyers and communicating campaign performance with clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads.
- D2C or eCommerce marketing experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience scaling eCommerce brands and driving conversions.
- Experience managing a minimum monthly ad spend of ₹3 Lakhs.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for client accounts.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Build and optimize campaign structures, including ABO, CBO, ASC, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizations.
- Track competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend and execute new campaign strategies to expand client accounts.
- Mentor junior media buyers through quality assurance, feedback, and daily guidance.
- Communicate campaign performance and prepare daily and weekly reports for clients.
