Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Patient Caretaker Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to medical staff.
- Ensure patients receive medications on time and as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and common areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Diaper change, bedpan & Urinal Assistance.
- Oral Medication, Bedridden Patient Care, Urine bag empty.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a caretaker or similar role preferred.
- Empathy and compassion for patients.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
- Need Polite And knowledgeable Staff there Are 2 shifts 12 hours & 24 Hours etc.
Salary: 15k- 25K
