Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
All phases of primary, secondary and promotional package design from concepting, comps to final packaging
Laying out artwork in dieline
Color review of drawdowns, BATs, proofs
Package componentry review
Design Turnovers (DT0s) of package designs to cross-functional teams
Good understanding of label & mono carton printing with knowledge in substrates and product development.
Qualifications:
At least 2-4 years of package design experience, beauty, FMCG, ECommerce industry
Passionate in product and graphic design; always seeking to grow and learn
Highly motivated and self-starter
Strong written and verbal skills to communicate ideas to both creatives and non-creatives
Proficient in Adobe software — Illustrator, Photoshop;
Strong print-production knowledge (dielines, bleed, color modes, live area, etc)
Thrives in a team environment, contribute ideas and interact with cross-functional partners
(Marketing, PCD, Production, Artwork Management)
Manages well in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
