The Operation Executive at International logistics will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational activities within the company. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, monitoring and improving processes to increase productivity, and providing support to the logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will also be responsible for analyzing data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistics operations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation processes
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive efficiencies and cost savings
- Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to negotiate contracts and pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct regular quality control checks on shipments to ensure accuracy and safety
- Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
