JOB DESCRIPTION:
MOULD DEVELOPMENT LEAD: only for Plastic Packaging (FMCG) for Injection and Blow Moulds. Bengaluru Location On-Site. Contractual Role 1 year.
Location: Bengaluru On-Site.
Employment Type: Contractual (1 Year – Renewable Annually)
Experience: 10–12 Years
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA
ABOUT THE ROLE:
MONOFIX is seeking an experienced Mould Development Lead specializing exclusively in Plastic Packaging for FMCG products, focussing on Mould Costing, of Injection moulds and Blow moulds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage mould development projects.
- Mould costing.
- Part costing.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize mould performance.
- Ensure quality standards and specifications compliance.
- Document processes and improvements.
- Mould health check-up for existing running mould.
- RPT process knowledge.
- Strong understanding of mould design and manufacturing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experience: 10–12 years in Injection and Blow mould development for Plastic Packaging (FMCG).
- Education: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Tool Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD/CAM tools, or equivalent design software.
