As a Manager HR Business Partner at Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function for assigned clients. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Job Description

Minimum 4 years experience in From International BPO Industry required

- Lead and manage the delivery of HR activities for clients
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients on HR matters
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with client goals
- Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
- Conduct HR analysis and reporting to inform decision making
- Support talent management and succession planning efforts
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on HR projects.
