Job Description
We are hiring for Lead – Operations executive
Job Location: Bangalore- RV Road
Experience: 1-2 Years
Days and Time: - Monday to Saturday: - 9 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirment:
1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Age: 20 to 25 years
3. Industry Experience: Preferably E-commerce
4. Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada
5. Proficiency in computers
Eligibility:
● Candidates who have completed 10+2
● Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Basic communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Basic knowledge in MS Office is required
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Responsibilities
● Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
● Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing, shipping, and delivery of products.
● Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to delays, cancellations, or returns.
● Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
● Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock records.
● Maintain financial records on sales made, payments received and work in coordination with the accounts team to tally the accounts.
