Job Description
A Key Account Manager (KAM) FMCG – Personal Care in the realm of e-commerce is responsible for managing relationships with key clients or accounts within the e-commerce sector. Their primary focus is to ensure the satisfaction of these key clients, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships.
Job Title: Key Account Manager-Amazon
- 4-5years of experience in eCommerce sales, account management, or related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing ecommerce accounts.
- Strong understanding of platform, policies, and algorithms, with experience managing seller or vendor central accounts.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software.
Must Haves:
- Experience in scaling campaigns profitably
- Maintained a healthy ROAS of 4X++
- Understanding of Helium10, Amazon PI, AMS
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central interfaces, as well as Amazon Advertising (formerly Amazon Marketing Services) and Amazon DSP
