- Develop and maintain Java-based web applications
- Design and implement front-end and back-end solutions

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the industry
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Participate in agile development process and contribute to team discussions.
