Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune
Role: International Voice Processing (US Telecom Project)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Education Requirements:
• UG Drop / Any Graduate
• Should not be pursuing regular/part-time course
• Courses that affect job availability are not eligible
Responsibilities:
Manage international calls with US processesProvide exceptional customer service through voice processingHandle incoming international calls as part of our BPO operation
