Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and goals
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance
Age limit: 35 Max
Salary: Fresher: 20k to 25k Max
Shift: Rotational Shift, Rotational Off, 5days working.
