Job Description

We are hiring for International Voice Process

- Drive and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to sales team
- Monitor and report on sales team's progress and results
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Languages Required: Fluent in English and any of the regional languages.

Experience: 3 plus years of experience into sales and team handling
