SHIFT: NIGHT SHIFT(US SHIFT)
ATTRACTIVE SALARY WITH INCENTIVES
Should be Flexible to work in Night shift
Shift Timings - 8.00 PM to 5.00 AM / 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM
Cabs are not provided.
Work from office Only.
Qualification: 10+2 or Diploma or Graduate
Experience in international voice or freshers with excellent communication
Having sales experience will be an added advantage
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate
As a Sales representative - What you need to do?
Improving sales and promoting new products and services by following the standard and maintaining the reputation of the company are some of the major task included in the inbound sales representative responsibilities.Address all complaints of the customers and make sure that they are resolved in time and with the given guidelines. This task is performed by maintaining premium quality of services.
As a Sales representative - What you should have?
1) Fluency in spoken English.
2) Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.
3) The ability to learn new skills and quickly absorb and interpret new information, products, and features from the perspective of the customer.
4) Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
5) Strong analytical & Interpersonal skills.
6) The ability to be a self-starter, a sense of urgency, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
