Position:
International Voice Process Associate
Join our team as an International Voice Process Associate, located at Belendur Eco
Space. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills and a
passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from Amazon customers regarding inquiries, orders, and
product support.
Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer concerns while maintaining a
high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless
customer experiences.
Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer
interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum PUC/Graduation qualification.
Exceptional communication skills in English.
Previous customer service experience is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Location: Belendur Eco Space, Bangalore
Salary: Up to 26000 plus 4000 night shift allowance
