Work Experience: 3-4 Years of Working Experience from Manufacturing Industry from Quality Control/Quality Assurance Process
Area of Expertise: Min. Graduate.
Certified Lead/Internal Auditor for QMS/EMS/OHSAS/IATF, Training, Documentation and Internal Auditing
Full job description:
- Develop audit plans based on the company's quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Determine the scope, objectives, and criteria for audits.
- Perform internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Review documents, records, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or deviations from quality standards.
- Document findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate root causes of non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems.
- Stay updated on relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure that the company's quality management system aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare for and participate in external audits conducted by regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
- Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and outcomes to management and other stakeholders.
- Prepare audit reports detailing observations, conclusions, and recommendations for improvement.
- Follow up on corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Assess risks associated with quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor key quality indicators and trends to anticipate potential problems.
- Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Work with suppliers to address quality issues and improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions.
- Ensure that documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
Work Profile: Requires Customer Visits in around Mumbai.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: ₹ 15,000 – 30,000 a month
