Job Description
- Assist in coordinating various aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, and vendor management
- Support in preparing event timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Work closely with the event manager to ensure all event details are executed according to plan
- Assist in managing event invitations, RSVPs, and guest communications
- Attend meetings and calls with clients, vendors, and internal team members as needed
- Help with on-site event logistics and execution during events
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and track RSVPs
- Provide administrative support, such as creating event materials and maintaining databases
- Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in preparing event reports for management.
