Ethnus is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, communicating with customers via phone and email, and closing sales deals. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Promote and sell Ethnus products and services to potential clients over the phone
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Assist in the development of sales training materials and programs
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
