Job Description
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and generating new business to drive revenue growth
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads, as well as follow up on inbound inquiries
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Use CRM software to track all customer interactions and progress towards closing deals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive activities to effectively position Trackmark International in the market
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and build industry connections
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention of clients
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports to communicate effectively with clients
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to continually improve sales strategies and processes.
