- Experience in Sales Real Estate / Managed Farmland Estate
- Expertise On Consumer Buying Behavior Pattern
- Adopt Learning Deep Product Knowledge
- Should Be Able To Know Consumer Needs Deeply
- Must Be Strong At Influencing And Convincing Skills
- Good Communication And Presentation Skills
- Should Be Able To Do Objection Handling
- Strong At Deals Closure And Negotiate Deals Fast And Efficiently
- Finding And Developing New Markets And Improving Sales.
- Developing Quotes And Proposals For Clients.
- Developing Goals For The Development Team And Business Growth And Ensuring They Are Met
- Good Analytical And Decision-Making Skills
