Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
• Manage the entire recruitment, screening, selection and on-boarding processes
• Support current and future business needs through workforce planning, and
development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Actively nurture a positive working environment and help management shape a
positive, value-based company culture
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
and other issues
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Assess training needs and develop and manage training programs
• Maintain pay plan, benefits program and all HR policies and procedures
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Master’s degree in business administration, or social work, with specialization in Human
resources - advanced qualification or certification in HR management preferred
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and people skills
• Proficiency in conducting background checks and information verification
• Proficiency in HR management software, online recruiting platforms and MS Office
