Job Description
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at NoBroker! As a TAM, you'll develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and manage our recruitment team, with a focus on bulk hiring in non-IT domains.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for bulk hiring
- Manage the recruitment team and ensure timely closures
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for improvement
- Identify and implement effective sourcing channels for non-IT talent
Ideal Candidate:
- 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring in non-IT domains
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment drives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: ₹8.00 - ₹11.00 lacs per annum
Age: Up to 35 years
Notice Period: 15 days
