Job Description
- Responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes for Flipkart Seller team
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job postings
- Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the team
- Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters
- Assist in training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to organize employee engagement events
- Conduct surveys and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and policies.
