Job Description
- Provide support to employees with inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of HR services
- Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for employees
- Handle employee relations issues and escalate as needed to HR management
- Maintain employee records and monitor compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to facilitate the hiring process
- Support HR management in strategic planning and implementation of HR initiatives
- Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
