Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make hiring recommendations
- Coordinate job offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment documentation and applicant tracking systems
- Keep updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment
- Assist in organizing job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other recruitment activities
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
