Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to coordinate interview schedules and provide updates on recruitment progress
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide regular feedback and updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure quality hires
- Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitate the integration process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Act as a representative of the organization to external candidates, promoting a positive employer brand
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
