Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Utilize collection management techniques to track and organize candidate information
- Communicate effectively with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved
- Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and share best practices
- Use collaboration skills to build strong relationships with external recruiters and vendors
- Manage recruitment logistics such as scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and sending offer letters
- Source and screen candidates using various methods including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
