Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make selection decisions
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate onboarding processes
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to hiring managers
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
- Stay current on best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the department.
