Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for all recruitment needs within the organization
- Utilize clear communication skills to effectively communicate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Approach recruitment with a positive mindset to attract top talent and create a positive candidate experience
- Lead recruitment efforts by managing a team of recruiters and coordinating recruitment strategies
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs
- Utilize team leadership skills to motivate and inspire the recruitment team in achieving their goals
- Manage the recruitment team performance through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting talent.
