Job Description
- Responsible for managing recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Oversee admission processing for new employees and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Write engaging and informative job postings to attract top talent to the organization
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and social media to promote job openings and reach a wider audience
- Lead a team of recruiters and coordinate their efforts to ensure hiring goals are met
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment screenings
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.
