Job Description
- Full-cycle recruiting process for open positions at The Golden Rise
- Source and attract top talent using various recruiting methods
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain applicant tracking system
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline
- Provide support in other HR functions as needed
