Job Description
- Conducting recruitment efforts for Techiewings Technology, sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and facilitating the interview process
- Managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and craft compelling recruitment strategies
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and universities to build a strong talent pipeline
- Providing assistance with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Updating and maintaining recruitment data in the applicant tracking system to track progress and measure recruitment effectiveness
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies
- Assisting with other HR initiatives and projects as needed to support the overall HR function at Techiewings Technology.
