Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter at PetMojo, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our team of dedicated professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Managing the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
