As an HR Recruiter at NA, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill a variety of open positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting background checks, and extending job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Job Description

- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and job applicants
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various methods
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
- Utilize HRIS systems to track and manage candidate information
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
