As an HR Recruiter at NA, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill a variety of open positions within the organization. Job Description

- Act as a liaison between hiring managers and job applicants
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various methods
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations
- Utilize HRIS systems to track and manage candidate information
- Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives.
