Job Description
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics
- Coordinate job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
