Job Description
- Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart Sellers
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for sellers
- Conduct onboarding and training for new sellers
- Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling as needed
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for sellers
- Manage performance evaluation and feedback process for sellers
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Drive initiatives to improve seller satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sellers with HR-related queries
- Provide guidance and support on HR best practices to sellers.
