Job Description
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various entry-level positions
- Administer HR functions including onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges for recruitment events
- Serve as a team leader for junior recruiters and provide guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to hiring and employment
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
- Collaborate with the HR department to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.
