- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within Amazon
- Source potential candidates through online channels and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Manage candidate feedback and provide recommendations for next steps
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
- Represent Amazon at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent
