- Source and recruit top talent for various roles within Amazon
- Review, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and networking events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and onboarding
