Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to track recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Conduct salary negotiations and make job offers to selected candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures as needed
- Act as a strategic partner in supporting the organization's growth and success through effective recruitment efforts
