Job Description
- Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for various positions within the organization
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices and strategies.
