Job Description
- Utilize recruiting strategies to source and attract top talent for open positions within the organization
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices
- Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures during the recruitment process
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies
- Provide guidance and training to team members on recruitment processes and best practices.
