Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the organization
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates through various sources
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and coordinating meetings
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Assist with organizing and attending job fairs, networking events, and recruitment activities
